We want your card to look like your pet. If it doesn't, we fix it.

Before you send it

Doesn't look like them? Tell us from the preview and we redo it free until it does.
Want something changed? One round of other changes (the wording, the design or a scene) is included too.
Still not right? If we can't get it right, you get a full refund.
Changed your mind? Cancel before we start on it for a full refund.

Once the card has gone out, it's been used, so we don't refund it. If something's broken (it won't open, a scene is missing), we fix it.

If we miss the date we promised and you no longer need the card, you get a full refund.

Email us at hello@petstampcards.com with the email you ordered with. Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.
