These are the rules for ordering a PetStamp card. By placing an order you agree to them, and you confirm you're 18 or older.
What you get
A card starring your pet: a private web link that plays on any phone, in the design and package you chose (Snapshot, Showtime or Superstar). You get a private preview first, and the card is yours to send once you're happy with it. It stays at its link for at least a year, and for as long as PetStamp is running.
Timing
Snapshot cards are ready within 24 hours and the others within 48 hours of your order, often sooner. If you need it by a certain day, order a few days ahead. If we're going to be late, we'll tell you.
Your photos
- Send only photos you took or have the right to use.
- You keep every right to your photos. You let us use them only to make your card.
- We don't use your pet in our examples or ads unless you tell us we can.
Made with AI, checked by a person
Showtime and Superstar cards use AI to animate your pet and write its song. A song "in the style of" the one you name is a new song, not a copy of it. AI isn't perfect, so a person checks every card before you see it. From the preview, we redo it free until it looks like your pet, and you can ask for one round of other changes (the wording, the design or a scene). We never fake your pet's voice with AI.
Prices and payment
Prices are one-time, per card, shown before you pay. There's no subscription.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Fair use
Please don't use PetStamp to make cards that are hateful, threatening, or meant to embarrass someone, or with photos of people who haven't agreed to it. We can turn down an order like that and refund it.
The fine print
We do our best to keep every card working, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for more than what you paid for the card. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
